Refund Policy
We want the Plus plan to be useful and straightforward. Please review the timing rules below before submitting a request.
Initial purchases
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after your first eligible paid purchase. Requests submitted after 14 days are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Subscription renewals
You may request a refund for a renewal charge within 48 hours after the renewal payment is processed. Renewal requests submitted after 48 hours are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Canceling a subscription
Canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. After cancellation, your Plus plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.
How to request a refund
Email support@crystalboxai.com from the email address connected to your account. Include your account email, purchase date, billing period, and a brief reason for the request. We may ask for additional information needed to locate and verify the payment.
Request a refundExceptions
We may deny requests involving abuse, fraud, or payments that cannot be verified. This policy does not limit any refund right required by applicable consumer law.
